Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S 17 1/2 H 949. Comments: Simon and Halbig,circa 1900. Value Points: very large child doll, rarer model, choice bisque, original body and body finish, lavish antique ivory silk gown, lace veil trimmed with wax orange blossoms, undergarments, shoes.
