Hard plastic socket head with tanned complexion, blue sleep eyes, real lashes, painted lower lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with richly shaded lips, brunette hair in soft curls, five-piece hard plastic body. Condition: doll is excellent, dress fabric is somewhat delicate. Marks: Madame Alexander New York (cloth tag on dress and cloverleaf wrist label). Comments: Alexander, circa 1950,as Peggy Bride with Margaret face. Value Points: a beautiful and rare early doll wearing original modest wedding gown with sheer bodice over strapless underdress, lace and floral trimmed coronet with veil, undergarments, stockings, shoes.
