16" (40 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded and outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, brunette human hair, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: made in Germany JDK 260 34. Comments: Kestner, circa 1915. Value Points: excellent quality of bisque with appealing rosy cheeks, original wig, body, body finish, elaborate original folklore costume of Eastern Europe with rich embroidery.
