Description
13" (33 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, incised eyeliner, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded and outlined lips, two porcelain teeth, blonde fleeced wig over plaster pate, composition bent limb baby body, antique knit baby suit and cap. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: made in Germany JDK 211. Comments: Kestner, circa 1915. Value Points: fine unplayed with condition, original body and body finish, rarer fleeced wig.
