25"h (63 cm). The wooden framed two story dollhouse has painted blue roofs, side-opening panel to reveal two interior rooms, set-back porch on the second floor with decorative railing, porch railing on the first floor with fancy column caps, stairs, cupola, chimney, two hinged doors with Gottschalk door knockers. The house has original curtains at each of five glass windows, all original interior floor and wall papers, and original Gottschalk furnishings including bed, fireplace, table chair and fernery. Excellent unrestored condition, the interior wonderfully preserved, the exterior with elaborate detail of lithography to suggest architectural components with some spotting and edging fray.
