15" (38 cm). Of paper mache with body covered in long curly mohair "fur", flannel-wrapped face and legs, blue glass eyes, leather ears, gold-painted horns, hinged neck for bellows "bleating". French, circa 1890. A luxury toy as evidenced by use of quality materials in its production. Excellent overall condition except bellows not working.
