Comments: Jumeau, circa 1890,the bebe bears the initials of the Jumeau foreman, Douillet, and is the only Jumeau doll with signature markings of Jumeau colleague indicating the respect bestowed upon the long-time member of the firm. Value Points: very rare marked Jumeau bebe is enhanced further by its superior quality of bisque, painting, original body and body finish, original store chemise, bonnet, stockings, and Jumeau shoes signed "Paris Depose 1".
