6"d (15 cm) wheel. A blue tin wheel with red, white and blue paddles has an attached windmill and hopper along with two shovels, flat shovel, and bag of sand. Labeled "Tur-Boy, Made by Tur-Boy Co. St. Louis USA". With lid of original box showing illustration of toy assembly, and designed to be used as sand toy base. Excellent condition, missing screw attaching windmill to toy.
