5 1/2" (14 cm). Very detailed scene portrays three children playing at the seaside with boats and other sand toys, the smaller boy leaning over a box labeled "Young America". Reverse side (not shown) depicts a boy in sailor suit carrying fishing pole and basket of fish, in the background are two children playing in the sand, two children dangling their feet from a boat and a large schooner with French flag in the background. Elaborately embossed borders, wire bail handle with wooden hand grip, embossed eagle on the base. Very good/excellent condition.
