Description
Of finely woven cream cotton, the flat-front gown with shaped but unstructured front waist features ten narrow vertical tucks down the entire front, centered by very wide bands of lace; bands of tucking and lace alternate all around the back of the dress. There are hook-and-eye closures and constructed waist at the back, rounded collar with button and loop at back neck and lace edging. The very full back skirt is formed from deep pleats that create a bustle, two borders of lace edge the hemline, and there is an extended train. To fit doll about 15". 3 1/2" shoulder width. 7" waist.
