With hidden wire frame to give shape to the rounded bonnet, of richly draped maroon velvet with a double border of pleated aqua silk and draped aqua silk band with silk faille streamers. Cream silk padded lining and trim of black feather and tiny petals. 2 3/4" inside head width. 3 1/2" overall width.
