24" (61 cm). Bisque socket head, large blue glass paperweight inset eyes, long painted lashes, rose blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked and multi- feathered brows with feathered detail, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, pierced ears, brunette human hair over Steiner pate, Steiner composition fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A 17 (incised) Le Parisien Bte SGDG A 17 (stamp). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1888. Value Points: especially pretty model of the classic bebe with fine painting of brows and eye decoration, original Steiner body with curled fingers, fine antique bronze green silk costume, lace bonnet, undergarments, leather shoes.
