26" (66 cm). Bisque socket head, large blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark painted lashes, feathered brows with glaze highlights, dark rose blushed eyeshadow, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, open mouth with slightly parted lips, row of tiny porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: V 12 G. Comments: Verdier and Gutmacher, circa 1890. Value Points: very rare to find models by this firm, this example in fine larger size and unplayed with condition, has choice bisque and painting, original wig, body, body finish, silk bonnet, muslin chemise, shoes.
