12" (30 cm). Untinted bisque socket head,small
blue glass enamel inset eyes,dark
eyeliner,delicately painted lashes,and
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed
mouth with very pale accented lips,brunette
mohair wig,pierced ears,early composition and
wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally
excellent,body is of the period but one size too
small. Comments: attributed to Simon and
Halbig,circa 1880. Value Points: exquisite
painting of the early child doll,beautiful
antique bronze silk dress,undergarments,leather
shoes,lace cap.
