21" (53 cm). All cloth doll with pressed and oil painted facial features, brown painted hair with forelock detail, shaded blue oil painted eyes, white eyedots, black and brown upper eyeliner, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with pouty expression, weighted stockinette body to simulate weight of actual baby. Condition: very good, original finish with some typical paint rubs. Comments: Kathe Kruse, the model marketed as "Traumerchen",circa 1925. Value Points: among the rarest of the Kruse models, with endearing facial painting.
