Heavy board box with decorative paper covers hinges open to reveal well-fitted shelved interior containing a six- person porcelain dessert service, with white porcelain dishes decorated with abstract blue flowers and leaves, comprising lidded coffee pot, lidded tea pot, pitcher, six cups and saucers, two glass jam dishes, three faux-cakes, six gold spoons, six napkins and six place cards for Celine, Ernest, Gaston, Antoinette, Andre, and Simonne, tied with original blue silk ribbons. Excellent condition, unplayed with. Circa 1900.
