Description
5" (13 cm). One piece bisque head, torso and legs, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs with modeled starfish-shaped hands, blonde topknot and side curls, black side-glancing painted eyes, fringed upper lashes, dash brows, closed mouth with impish smile, blue wings. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (feet). Comments: Kewpie, designed by Rose O'Neill, circa 1915. Value Points: with two original paper labels, and contained in original Kewpie box with illustration.
