Description
6 1/2"l piano (16 cm). Included is cardboard upright piano with keyboard and sheet music, whose top removes for access to candy, original label of Cantry Neveu Confiseur in Nancy; along with a pair of cardboard curved side commodes with faux-inlay wood finish, faux-marble tops, gilt paper edging, each with three small pull-out drawers for candy storage. French, circa 1885, the beautifully detailed miniature candy box furniture was presented in prestige bon-bon shops, then later could be used as play furniture for dolls or dollhouses. Excellent condition.
