Description
7" (18 cm). Each is paper mache with pumpkin or squash shaped head, and stem protruding from scalp as though the pom-pom of a hat, spiral spring nodder attached head, chubby torso with painted costume that separates at the waist for use as candy box, self base. One has glass eyes, the other painted eyes, with amusingly rendered character faces. The glass-eyed model is signed "Gesetzl Geschutzt". German, circa 1925. Excellent condition.
