Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 5 (head) 5 F.G. (shoulderplate). Comments: Gaultier, circa 1875. Value points: especially pretty example of the classic poupee with choice bisque, sturdy body, very fine antique costume comprising brown woolen gown with plaid silk ribbons, undergarments, leather shoes, parasol, brass purse, gloves, watch and fob, and elegant bonnet.
