Bisque socket head with chubby facial modeling and highly defined character features, small blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, dark upper eyeliner, short fringed brows with feathered highlights, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, antique schoolgirl costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1488 Simon & Halbig 12. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1912. Value Points: rare character with fabulous sculpting, appealing complexion with enhancing decorative glaze, original body and body finish.
