Clear glass windmill with impressed cross-hatch design, tin snap-on lid at base, tin red windmill operator's room, tin whirling windmill with red, white and blue blades and flag labeled "Teddy" on one side and with illustration of a teddy bear on the other. Marked "West Bros. Co-Grapeville, pa" and "Net wt. 1 1/2 oz. Serial no. 2862". 6 1/4"H.
