White milk glass top hat with curved brim, raised vertical red-painted bands, impressed stars, blue painted band and upper brim, red painted lower brim, red tin snap closure with coin slot. The hat was created for the 1900 election campaign of McKinley/Roosevelt. 2 1/2"H.
