29" (74 cm). Composition shoulder head, green sleep eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented eye corners, open mouth, four teeth, brunette human hair, muslin torso, composition arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Marilee. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1937,from the Patsy family of dolls. Value Points: fine unplayed with condition, wearing original pink organdy dress and bonnet, tulle trim.
