Description
Each 9" (23 cm). Each has pressed and painted felt face with blue or brown googly eyes in upper glancing position, long painted lashes, "O" shaped mouth, mohair wig, muslin body with shoulder and hip jointing, felt arms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (cloth and paper label on boy with pencil inscription "Miniature #106". Comments: Lenci, circa 1935. Value Points: rare pair from the Lenci miniature series in wonderfully preserved detailed costumes.
