All-wooden doll with socket head, pressed/carved facial features of young toddler child, very plump cheeks, painted/decal blue eyes, tinted brows and lips of downcast pouty lips, blonde mohair tacked-on wig, spring-jointed body with shorter-length toddler hips, Condition: generally excellent, original finish. Marks: Schoenhut Pat. Jan. 17’11 USA & Foreign Countries. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1918. Value Points: wistful little boy has original painted finish, original wig, romper suit, and rare Schoenhut ankle boots with holes in feet for posing.
