Description
17" (43 cm). All cloth doll has pressed and oil painted head with brown hair, modeled forelock, painted grey shaded eyes with black and brown upper eyeliner, button nose with accent dots, closed mouth with center accent line, blushed cheeks and ears, muslin body with hip-jointed legs, nicely costume. Condition: very good, original facial painting well preserved, some body dust. Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1915. Value Points: very appealing facial expression with artistically painted features.
