Description
24" (61 cm). Bisque socket head with light brown sculpted hair in deeply comb marked fashion with side swept bangs, large brown glass eyes, dark eyeliner, long painted curly lashes, incised eyeliner, brush stroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, two porcelain upper teeth, tongue, composition and wooden ball- jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, antique red woolen coat and knickers, leggings and leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: made in Germany 267/50. Comments: circa 1915. Value Points: very rare model with superb detail of sculpting, very deeply impressed dimples around cheeks and mouth.
