All felt girl with pressed and painted facial features, green eyes with shaded coloring, black upper eyeliner, painted upper lashes, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with darker color upper lip, auburn mohair wig, all velvet body with jointed shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Chad Valley, circa 1930. Value Points: the little girl wears her original black velvet and flannel plaid Scottish costume.
