8" (20 cm). Lithographed tin figure of uniformed man with painted mustache, attached to wheeled cart with trash can labeled "Tidy Tim, D.S.C. Keep Your City Spic and Span, Says Tidy Tim, the Clean- up Man". When wound, he briskly walks forward, and head nods back and forth. Marked "Louis Marx & Co, New York, Patents pending". Excellent condition. American, Marx, circa 1930.
