Description
8 1/2" (22 cm). Tin lithographed figure of clown has brass bell earrings, flat-top hat with scenes of tumbling clowns, smiling face, colorful checkerboard and card motif costume, loosely hinged arms and waist. When wound, he teeters from side to side in amusing fashion. Marked "Tom Twist The Funny Clown, The Ferdinand Strauss Corporation...". Excellent condition. American, Strauss, circa 1930.
