16" (40 cm). Paper mache figure of standing St. Nicholas with painted facial features and beard, hollow cardboard torso that separates in the middle for use as candy container, enclosed in shaded pink cotton hooded long coat with "fur" cotton borders, black painted boots, holding snow- encrusted branches. France, circa 1910. Excellent condition.
