A bisque-headed doll with swivel head on bisque shoulder plate has brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, carton torso, metal hinged thighs, carton lower legs, bisque forearms, is pushing a three-wheeled carriage with velvet- covered seat and silk fringed sunshade, containing a little bisque baby in taufling costume. When wound, the doll "walks", pushing the carriage forward. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Vichy et Fils, circa 1880. Value Points: beautiful presentation, the doll wears original moss green silk governess dress with black velvet and maroon silk trim, mechanism functions well.
