Description
9" (23 cm). A dimensional tinplate clown with little black hat, red, yellow and blue clown costume stands on a platform behind a four-arm whirling wheel with a colorful exotic parrot perched on each arm with balancing weights. When wound, the wheel turns and the parrots 'perform'. Very good condition, some paint wear. Late 19th century.
