Description
10" (25 cm). Colorful tin lithographed rocket car with amusing designs of checkerboard and question marks is being driven by a costumed clown. When wound, the car propels in erratic fashion and the driver turns frantically from side to side. Marked "What's It? Trademark" and "Ferdinand Strauss Corp, New York, USA" and "No. 53". The original (worn) box is included with illustrations of the toy. American, Strauss, circa 1925.
