Pale bisque swivel head on kid- edged bisque shoulder plate, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve blushed eyeshadow, feathered arched brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, muslin stitch-jointed body with leather arms, lovely antique silk costume, undergarments, leather boots, parasol. Condition: original firing line at left eye corner, left corner of shoulder plate one piece broken and neatly reglued. Comments: Jumeau, circa 1868. Value Points: especially beautiful facial model with superb bisque and painted, enhanced by brilliant eyes.
