8"l (20 cm). A black porter wearing white uniform with blue stripes is pushing a yellow "wicker" beach "Rollo Chair" as was popular in Atlantic City in early 20th century; the three-wheeled cart propels forward when wound. Marked "Rollo- Chair, Trademark, Riding on the Boardwalk, Atlantic City, U.S. patent Applied for". Circa 1920. Excellent condition, vibrant colors.
