Description
15" (38 cm). Pale bisque swivel head on kid- edged bisque shoulder plate, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with pale accented lips,blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid gusset-jointed body with separated fingers, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, few body patches. Comments: Barrois, circa 1865. Value Points: lovely pale bisque enhanced by brilliant eyes.
