4 1/4" x 6 1/4" (10 x 15 cm). A heavy cardboard card has sepia-toned photograph of Bebe Bru Jne alongside a seated Bebe Teteur; each doll in lavish original costume from Maison Bru, labeled Bebe Bru and address below the photograph; on the reverse is advertising publicity for the dolls mentioning the costumes and describing the dolls as "veritable artistry". Circa 1888,a very rare original promotional piece with early photography.
