Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, blue glass enamel inset eyes with pronounced spiral threading, painted lashes, rose blushed eyeshadow, brush stroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with very full outlined lips, slightly pouty expression, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, kid body with gusset jointing at hips, knees and elbows, bisque forearms, nicely costumed in antique dress, undergarments, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 132 1. Comments: maker unknown, Sonneberg, circa 1885,the doll was made to capture French market for Bebe Bru which it emulates. Value Points: rare model with kid bebe body variation and exceptionally pretty face.
