22" (56 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, large grey glass enamel inset eyes with darker grey outer rims, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve blushed eyeshadow, brush stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French kid fashion body with gusset jointing at hips, knees and elbows, separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 9 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1878. Value Points: very beautiful poupee in excellent size with original signed sturdy body, wearing antique peach silk gown with ribbon and lace trim, bonnet, undergarments, shoes.
