26" (66 cm). Bisque socket head, large brown glass inset eyes with prominent black pupils, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brush stroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig with side- braids, composition and wooden six-loose-ball- jointed body, antique cutwork dress. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SH 939. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: very beautiful pale bisque is enhanced by dramatic large brown eyes, original body and body finish.
