8" (20 cm). Round table with blue velvet covered wooden top edged with brass studs and long cord fringe, center pedestal with tripod base having twisted rope design, original gilt paint. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Maison Huret,22 Boulevard Montmartre, Paris (underside stamp). Comments: Maison Huret, circa 1865,the Huret family business was the production of a distinctive line of gilt cast iron salon furniture; Adelaide Huret created an identical line of miniature furniture for display with her signature poupee. Value Points: rare signed Huret furniture in pristine original condition.
