8 1/2" seated (22 cm). Porcelain half doll of adult lady with modeled bosom and jointed arms, arranged with cloth lower torso and porcelain legs, attached with hidden bronze screw in seated position on porcelain chair; having very elaborate porcelain headdress with decorative "jewels" and medallion, painted facial features, right arm modeled bent at elbow with fingers posed, painted gold shoes, silk gown. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Dressel and Kister Medieval Series, circa 1910. Value Points: among the rarest of the half dolls, with outstanding headdress, jointed arms, original throne chair.
