27" (68 cm). Pressed bisque socket head with plump facial modeling, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, lightly feathered brows and lashes, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: F.11 G. (block letters). Comments: Ferdinand Gaultier, circa 1880. Value Points: early model bebe in fine larger size with excellent sculpting, bisque and painting, original body, antique dotted Swiss dress, undergarments.
