18" (46 cm). Bisque socket head with chubby facial modeling, small brown glass sleep eyes with incised upper eyeliner, painted curly lashes, brush stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils of tiny rounded nose, closed mouth with downward-cast pouty expression, accented lips, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, silk shirt and velvet trousers. Condition: generally excellent, slight paint rub (surface flake?) at bottom right eye rim. Marks: 8587 Heubach (square) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value Points: very rare Heubach pouty child has fine choice and painting, rare large size.
