14" (35 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, bright blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, accented lips, pierced ears, brown sculpted hair waved away from face into loose braids at back of head, held by sculpted black bow at top of head, fully sculpted ears, muslin torso, bisque lower limbs, painted brown boots with black trim. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1875. Value Points: unusual variation of hair bow on the early swivel head doll with glass eyes, original body, beautiful antique gown.
