Bone-handled parasol with carved designs of rose garlands and bone tip, has unusual patented construction that allows the parasol to be 'flirtatiously tilted' according to the patent, ivory silk cover with ivory silk fringe. Very good condition, silk worn. Gorguet Fils and Leroy, circa 1875. An extremely rare deposed model parasol named "Marquise-Chinoise".
