Description
9" (23 cm). Solid domed bisque socket head, painted brown boyish hair, painted facial features, tiny squinting bead eyes with upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with crooked smile, double chin ,five piece composition toddler body, painted white socks and brown one strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (square) Germany (model number illegible, last two numbers are 62). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1917. Value Points: wonderful character expression on the little imp, wearing factory original Tyrolean costume.
