Description
8" (20 cm). Poured wax shoulder head turned to the side, painted facial features, applied wig in very ornate fashion with tiniest coiled braids, muslin body with shaped bosom and cinched waist, wax lower limbs. Condition: generally excellent. Condition: one foot re-glued. Comments: circa 1860. Value Points: fine unplayed with condition, the rare little doll has original coiffure, original pink silk satin gown, undergarments, bonnet, painted shoes with ankle ties.
